Press this key	To do this
Tab	Navigate to a PanelMenu.
DownArrow	Focus next PanelMenu item.
UpArrow	Focus previous PanelMenu item.
Space or Enter on an expandable item	Change the state of a focused PanelMenu item switching between expanded and collapsed.
Space or Enter on a non-expandable item	Navigate.
