Drag and drop rows between DataGrid and Scheduler

Use DataGrid RowRender event and Scheduler SlotRender event to add custom logic for drag and drop rows from DataGrid to Scheduler.

In this demo drag Dinner or Lunch appointments from the DataGrid on the left and drop them onto the Scheduler time slots on the right, with visual feedback (my-class background color) and drag/drop events logged to the console.
