Gantt Multi-Year Timescale
Display long-running projects on zoomed-out timescales. The Year view renders one cell per month and the
Years view renders one cell per quarter grouped by year, so multi-year tasks fit without horizontal scrolling.
Both views honor ViewStart and ViewEnd, and the zoom-to-fit button picks the best
timescale for the full task range automatically.
