DataGrid save settings using LoadData binding

Persist and reload grid settings (columns, sort, filters) with server-side data binding.

In this demo settings are saved to localStorage with LoadData binding, the LoadSettings event restores state on initialization, Order ship city and ShipPostalCode columns filter on nested Orders collections, and LoadData events are logged to the console with a 2-second simulated delay.
