Use RowRender event to add custom logic for drag and drop rows to reorder.
In this demo RowRender adds HTML5 drag-and-drop attributes (draggable, ondragstart, ondrop, etc.) to rows, using an ObservableCollection to reorder employees with visual border feedback via the my-class CSS style.
