DataGrid Multiple Column Sorting

Hold a modifier key (or use UI affordances) to sort by more than one column.

In this demo the grid is pre-sorted by Birth Date (descending) then Last Name (ascending), with ShowMultiColumnSortingIndex="true" displaying sort numbers next to column headers showing the sort sequence.
