DataGrid CheckBoxList Filter with Lookup Data

Set FilterLookupData with FilterLookupTextProperty and FilterLookupValueProperty on a column to drive the CheckBoxList filter from a lookup source. The Priority column stores an id but the filter shows, searches, and filters by name, while still filtering on the underlying id.
